Allan Cois

Allan is Universal’s building and renovations guru.

He was taught to specialize in renovations during his apprenticeship and as soon as he completed the apprenticeship in 1987, he obtained his Building License. Allan has been helping people bring their dream homes into reality ever since.

For all of Allan’s skill as a builder, it is his ability to listen that has brought customers back to us again and again. These repeat customers have consistently stated that Allan listened to both their needs and their wants, creating practical, cost effective building solutions.
