Universal Building and Construction have completed a number of extensive renovations and building works for us over a period of years. Each of the projects has involved considerable challenges and attention to detail to ensure a successful outcome. On each occasion we have been delighted with the end result.
In particular, there are two matters that we have observed about Universal Building and Construction that are worthy of note. The first is a great attention to detail and planning to ensure an optimal result in terms of both aesthetic appearance and quality. We have found Allan to take a considered and involved approach to all aspects and stages of the project.
The second is that we have found all of the employees and contractors brought on to site to be thoughtful and polite. Consequently, it has been a pleasure to deal with Universal Building and Construction and its staff and contractors.

Universal carried out a renovation on our Queenslander in Windsor in
2005.
We were very happy with every step of the process, which Allan carefully
oversaw.
Especially impressive were the comprehensive planning meetings before
the job began. Every step was clearly explained, with particular attention
to financial transparency. Administrative matters were attended to quickly
and the team was always punctual and reliable.
We were grateful for Allan’s generosity with his time and advice as we made decisions regarding fixtures and finishes.
The job was done within the predicted timeframe, and for the price
initially quoted.
Three years on the quality of the materials and craftsmanship are obvious.
When we decided to further renovate our house we returned to Universal without hesitation.
