Allan and the team at Universal Building and Construction managed the renovation of our house from the initial planning phase through to construction with a professional, comprehensive and friendly approach to getting the job done. Building staff were always friendly, tidy and worked closely to their timeline with completion of the project finishing ahead of schedule. Allan was always contactable to discuss any concerns and the few issues we had were dealt with constructively.

Universal carried out a renovation on our Queenslander in Windsor in
2005.
We were very happy with every step of the process, which Allan carefully
oversaw.
Especially impressive were the comprehensive planning meetings before
the job began. Every step was clearly explained, with particular attention
to financial transparency. Administrative matters were attended to quickly
and the team was always punctual and reliable.
